Shipping and Delivery:

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Customs & International Orders:

Custom duties and local taxes will be additional and to be borne by the customer. We have partnered with DHL/FEDEX to handle customs clearance and doorstep delivery to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Any incurred customs charges must be paid directly to DHL/FEDEX at the time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges:

We don't accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Only items with manufacturing defects or discrepancies that differ from the product as described on the website will be considered for exchange.

Reverse Pick-Up:

In the event the product is eligible for exchange, we offer reverse pick-up service for your convenience. We request you to please ensure that all returned items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
